Measured Site Survey - Includes discussing the project in full and taking all necessary measurements and data required to accurately design your dream extension.
Design and Preparation of Plans - Includes all existing plans and proposed designs required for the Council e.g Elevations, Floor Plans, Sections, Site Layouts.
Submission Package - Includes:
Preparation of all relevant forms
OS Maps and Block Plans
Submission and Tracking of Application
Council Applications fees will be in addition to the submission fees
For Building Regulations

Design and Preparation of Building Regulations Plans
Includes all plans, sections and detail required for building regulations approval.
Submission of Application
Includes preparation and submission of all relevant forms.
